Art. 3 - Conclusion of the contract

Art. 5 - Availability of products

The Products are shipped by selected express courier and selected directly by the customer during the purchase phase.

Art. 9 - Passage of risk

1.The risks related to the products will be borne by the buyer from the time of delivery.The property of the products is considered acquired as soon as received the full payment of all the amounts due in relation to the same, including the shipping costs, or at the time of delivery, if this happened at a later time.

Art. 10 - Warranty and commercial compliance

1.The seller is responsible for any defect of the products offered on the site, including the non-compliance of the items ordered, in accordance with the Italian legislation.

2.If the buyer has entered into the contract as a consumer or any natural person acting on the site for purposes outside the business or professional activity, this guarantee shall be valid provided that the defect is manifested within 24 months of the date of delivery of the products;that the purchaser submits formal complaint concerning defects within a maximum of 2 months from the date on which the defect was recognized;that the online return form is compiled correctly.

4.All return costs for defective products will be incurred by the seller.

Art. 11 - Review

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the period of 14 days pursuant to article 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 decorating from the date of receipt of the products.

5. the supply of goods that, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other goods;
