The goods must be returned integral, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and complete with the attached tax documentation.

Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, the site will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 7 days, including any shipping costs.

As provided for in art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the site may suspend the refund until the receipt of the goods or until the eventual demonstration by the buyer of having sent the goods back.

You will not apply the right to withdrawal if the services and products of http://www.mybeautyself.it/gb/ are included in the categories of Art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 as:

  1. the supply of goods or services whose price is linked to fluctuations in the financial market that the professional is not able to control and that can occur during the withdrawal period;
  2. the supply of customized or clearly customized packaged goods (such as gift packs etc.);
  3. supply of goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly;
  4. the supply of sealed goods that do not lend themselves to be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and were opened after delivery (such as cosmetics in direct contact with the body etc.);
  5. the supply of goods that, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other goods;

You may make a complaint if the product does not comply with the order (such as a product other than that ordered), or "defective"

The products will be considered defective, in particular, when they do not present the usual properties or characteristics indicated in the presentation, do not serve for the intended purpose, do not comply with the regulatory requirements or have not been delivered in the agreed quantity. It is observed that greater sensitivity or allergic reaction to the products delivered cannot be in itself considered a defect of the same. Similarly, there are no faults for any imperfections in gifts and other benefits that we provide free of charge and in addition to the order. The images of the products published on our site have the only function to illustrate the product and do not constitute a binding representation of its properties (for example, the packaging may differ due to a change made by the manufacturer).

If a complaint is justified, we will support the costs of returning the products.
